Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. The size and shape of the product will vary due to the manufacturing process for each item, as will the appearance of the irregularities in the coloured glaze. Some products may take on a texture on the surface that resembles burns. This is a unique glaze effect called „yo-hen“, an unintended colour change that appears on the ceramic and porcelain after firing.
